This Verse, when it was revealed to Muhammad, sas, it allowed a mercy to be enacted upon these people and has given them, ( the Kafirs, disbelievers and Mushrikeen and polytheist, and idolaters), a period of four months’ time to do as they please while carrying out their day to day business in and around that land and area. Treachery and confusion, plotting against their agreements with Prophet Muhammad, sas, deliberately taking actions that displayed their ability not to be trusted by New Muslim community were the norm during this 9th year A.H. These Qureshi people and Arabized jews, (polytheist, idolaters, Mushrikeen, kafirs and disbelievers), were additionally told that they would not be able to frustrate and prevent the punishments of The Creator of all of the Heavens and the Earth.

“Wa athaa nu min Al lahi wa rasu li hi ilan naasi yawmal hajjil akabari”… (ila aakhira tul ayah three & four). The Hajj was then and is now, (currently in the twenty-first century), a place and time of gathering of many people from around the world. Coming to pay tribute to The Creator of all Things. Both those of nobility and the common man would come to the place of Hajj, and bring with them idols and taghuti or statutes to be placed in the Kaabah.

This verse or ayah is a powerful warning and announcement to the Mushrikeen, Telling the Prophet Muhammad, sas, to make announcement to the Mushrikeen of the region, (those who were attempting to make hajj and were at the hajj site, that none of them would be allowed to make the hajj after this year if they were not Muslim, and that they could not be allowed to perform the hajj in the nude of their bodies any more. That the treaties made and agreed to with Prophet Muhammad, sas, would be fulfilled to their end-as long as these treaties had not been violated in their agreed upon conditions between Muhammad, sas, and the Mushriks. Additionally, with those treaties, that there was no help given to the enemies of Muhammad, sas, by those whom had agreed to the treaties.

It was known that the Polytheist were used to doing all kinds of actions or rituals at the Kaaba site believing that these actions or rituals would enter them or help to enter them into the Paradise, or Heaven and/or get them closer to the Creator. Yet this verse of the chapter Baraa’ah, (the Chapter nine named Taubah in the Glorious Qur’an), told the Mushrikeen that they would not be allowed to enter the Paradise as long as they continued to be Mushrikeen, (any people that believed in many deities as being the Creator of all. And did not believe that the Creator is only One Creator of all things), they would not enter Paradise.

The Mushrikeen were being told to repent to The Creator of all of the Heavens and Earth, for that would be the best thing for these polytheist to do, then and now in the twenty-first century. Again, if they, the Mushrikeen, did not repent, it was not going to prevent the punishments of ALLAHUL MUNTAQEEM AD DARR, from surrounding them and that the punishment for remaining stubborn would not be abated or put off, for the Will of The Creator of all things must be carried out. And again fulfill those treaties of them you have treaties with to the end of their terms, O Muhammad, sas, and surely ALLAHUL ALEEM Loves those who have regard for HIM.

To those that still believe that there is a statement in fact, in the Glorious Qur’an, that states-it is OK to kill a person for the sake of honor, then you are greatly mistaken.  And you have misconstrued the fact of the matter.  Honor belongs to ALLAH. No human being is deserving of Honor except that they be given that position of honor by the Creator of all things.  Those whom seek out for honor on their on selves, never shall they attain it.

Yet there is a position that has been addressed in the Glorious Qur’an that speaks about the killing of a person in Al Islam. Or the taking of life for life.  Such as when A Muslim kills another Muslim purposely.  If a Muslim kills another Muslim purposely then that Muslim should have their life taken also-as an act of equality.  Or the family of the killed person may elect to accept a financial agreement in compensation for the life that was taken.  In other words- the family of the killed person may agree with the killer’s family to accept monies/payment to compensate for the life that was taken.  And the third way of dealing with the killing of a Muslim in Al Islam, is that the family of the killed person may elect to forgive the killing of their family member altogether.   That-is forgive the Muslim that just killed their family member.

Next we have the person who is a Muslim and then freely denounces the religion after accepting it.  Starts to do actions that are not accepted by ALLAH.  This is called renegade from the religion or deenul Islam.  The Creator of Heaven and Earth states in the Glorious Qur’an that this person should be killed.   Additionally, when a Male or female Muslim person commits illegal sexual intercourse-that is- (homosexual sex, or lesbian sex, or a married man having sex with someone outside of his wife or two non-married heterosexuals having sex), all of these are called zinnah in Al Islam. And if it is proven by four witnesses that the act took place between the two alleged parties; then the punishment for these crimes all or one of them is that the parties be killed.  And in a Muslim country where the Islam laws are the rule of thumb, then the heads of those individuals-that are guilty of these crimes or crime, their head is cut off and/or they are stoned to death.  Specific details as to how the punishment is carried out is dependant upon the individual Muslim country where the crime is alleged to have occurred.

These are the only ways that a person is to have their lfe or lives taken in the Deenul Islam or, (as non-muslims say), religion of Islam.

As to the recent decision that was handed down by a Canadian judge in the case of the three that were found guilty of killing a female family member, (husband, wife and brother of the female family member), we see that the way that the case was handled was not correct from the very beginning.  For when anyone who is, (first of all Muslim), and is accused of a crime such as the one that the female family member was accused of. Then there must be four, (4), other persons, perferrably upright male Muslims, and currnetly following the deenul Islam themselves. When you can not find four male and mature Muslims to witness the alleged crime, then you may substitute two, (2), female witnessess for one male witness in Al Islam.   These four, (4),  witnesses must all give clear and identical testimony as to seeing the crime being committedby those that were accused of the crime.  If any of the four, (4), witnesses say they did not see what the others did see, then the Witnesses are punished for slander against the alleged persons they have accused of a crime.

…after that we move into the meat of things, since many of you aren’t waiting to exhale into safe sex; nor are you standing in a Mcdonalds’ line listening for the waiter to say “next”.  You, most of you, want the meat now-right now and and the fries had better be fresh and hot. Not wilted or too crispy.  The meat of this is leadership straight and with no chaser. The fries of this is those of whom would lead themselves as well as the taking on of the leadership of the masses, and the mass input of influence.  Having no agenda or without a vested interest-hidden or plain for all to see. Not with “eyes all shut” or “eyes wide shut”.  Eyes that see what is really happening all over the world, (the world as we know it as human beings), effecting the trotted down people that have no one to speak to their ailments, their sorrows and pain. Eyes that reflect on the so many at least, and at best, the uncountable travesties of the poor; be they from the effects of the usage by the various liquid and solid drug. Or by the very causation of realized conditions that we find ourselves in, resulting in not being able to move forward due to fright, personal or public, sometimes tucked in neat position-side by side with political theatrical lies-and laughing loud and meaning nothing-civil rights groups.   And are unable to move backward, (for re-grouping, re-thinking or re-discovering), due to death of personal aspirations, because of false promises and never realized agreements of help. And due to the blackmail-standstill tactics against goals and darn right, upright desires for mankind’s upliftment.  Eyes that have focus precision towards the mainstream gears of morale. Sound morale common straight with the nature of human existence.

Eyes  being wide… – is the wide openness of the sights to see.  And in a many of cases, seeing is believing and knowing, like the increasing of faith.  But even with this there is the need for leadership to lead on where there is not much light.  Where there is excessive light that has the similar effects as when and where there is no light.  Where fear is food of increase in stamina and “if i may say”, the increase in the balls-to move on.  Further is the Eyes that are wide shut-in the sense that even though you see clearly, you still remain silent, with no movement for or against.  A selective investment may be compromised with injury. Selective in that you have no morale duty or purpose to defend goodness and sound judgements.  So a compromise is in place and stands to get you paid, there would be no injury. Because you are directing your actions only in the view of that that would support the new and so-called almighty “vested interest” that you have.  Only turning away from the so-called “almighty-dollar Bill”. Siding with a more potent and active supplanting of the genuine mind’s eye.  And has the keen sense of responsibility to move on “…what did you see and what do you know…”.  These fries are not cooked in any kind edible oil of choice, yet cooked in righteousness of intent and purpose. We remind you that these are only the fries-so to speak.  The meat is the Leadership that we started off addressing at the beginning of this article.  Meat of fortitude and vigor in your character when adversity appears.  Even when your skeleton’s closet is on the front page of what ever news print, still you can hold your head up and move forward.  No one can move forward to lead anyone when those whom you choose to lead are not with you.  They don’t have your back and are really twisting your emotions with that secret “know about and will tell all” if you don’t do their private bidding’s.

No. is the word to these hollowed out frames of substance, named as personalities of re pore in circles of understanding, in everybody’s backyard as well as as near as the closest news outlet, be it print or media-broadcast.  There is a crucial NEED FOR LEADERSHIP In America, the World.  Where is it? Is it in the Political arena, full of falsehood and tricks’stuff, every time they turn their ideas on in public comment, you see a new “outfit of performance” as though they are in or about to be on stage in a live concert for all to see.  Is the LEADERSHIP in current Church-theater, Masjid-theater, or synagogue-theaters of performance; afraid to speak out on pertinent issues and matters of concern that effect the mass of the people whom they have agreed to lead. Possibly on the verge of being deported out of America or their bank accounts being frozen-permanently or even being killed outright from this newly passed Terrorist bill of the current
Washington administration.  Is the LEADERSHIP To be found in the Stars of today and tomorrow, supporting every liquor and porno advertiser they could sign their names to or digital signature upon.  And with the ninety nine percent’s’ actions in this Country, you just about already know that the LEADERSHIP Is not on Wall street coming out of New York City.  (incidentally, i am a percent of the 99%’ers).

Does the I-94, the Lodge freeway North, and I-75 North going out of Detroit, have employees leaving the city and going home.  Yes indeed.  Going where ever their vehicles of transport will take them.  Many of them work in those buildings and high rise complexes Downtown.  Why is it that you, (who Differ with us on this issue concerning-the living in City-Work in City, why Don’t you just take another look these freeways that are leading out of the city of Detroit at the end of the 9 to 5 work period.  Which is around 3:45p to around 6:30 pm.  (There are other periods that exist just before and just after these).  Yet you would see, (if you would look),  I-94 both East & Westbound lanes are bumper to bumper, around this time.  Leaving Detroit from Downtown Detroit via-I-75 Northbound all lanes filled.  And aroun 4:30pm on any given week Day work week, you will find that loge freeway Northbound and out of Detroit, that this freeway is also filled.

So where Do you think these individuals are coming from? Or leaving from to go home. Many of them work in Detroit City.  Yes, there are some of which are coming from Canada and from other Metro Detroit townships outside of the boundaries of the city.  The bounDAries of 8-Mile road to the Detroit River & from Telegraph road to Alter road.

These employees that work for the City of Detroit but Don’t live in the City,  help keep the City running and assists in the  continuation of the City to move and operate smoothly, and Does not Shut Down. We applaud them, thanking them for their time and efforts to keep our city moving forward.

Now comes the Difficult task that may be bitter to the taste, but is currently seen as one among many, of the cures in a prescription, to the healing that is necessary for our current Financial constraints in the City of Detroit.  That being that the employees that want to Work for the City of Detroit must also live in the City of Detroit.  This prescription is very vital to take, for our healing process to be much more effective today.  Given that the current conditions that our city has;  such as the current revenue base, and it’s pulling power to bring in monies to the general fund, like tax revenues and the like.

For just as an individual has the right to work for whom they please-that would hire you, and the individual has the right to work and spend their earned income where so ever they please-these two components we, as city employees and city government agree with you here.  Yet and still, be that as it may, An employer, such as the City of Detroit, has the equal right to issue rules and regulations and ordinances that would govern those potential and or perspective employees, having a desire to work in the City of Detroit.  A change is needed for this action.  And the past is the past.  But now we need to act on what is good for our Great City of Detroit, now as well as for the future.  There should not be a scolding of the messenger just because he brought the message to you and you did not partake in the delivery of thus and such.

When the stock holders of any company clearly see, (if they would just look), that the management of the Company is not doing their job, Is unable to carry us on, future-wise or for the next year, and when the stock holders of any Great company see, (if they would just look), that the management and/or those working for management are not “taking care of business”, and can not take us further, then it becomes Windex clear with the glow of pledge-wax that a change is needed to fulfill growth of our Great City and to move us forward in this ever expanding economy, newly developed by the minds of the people the stock holders-the citizens of this Great City of Detroit.

…you have said that you want the respect that anyone else would get in riding the DDOT bus system.  Yet you refuse to give out the same to the very one you sit next to on the buses.  You start a conversation with the speaker phone receiver on BLAST. The conversation you are having with the person at the other end of the line is in cursive language and/or profanity.  With every curse word your tongue can think of.  Claiming that you are talking to the one on the phone.  But you address the other passengers on the bus.  You bring your children on the buses and allow them to freely roam up and down the Aile’s of the coaches as they please.   And if they fall you are the first to blame the Drivers for any injuries to your children.  You treat the buses as fast-food restaurants and lounging areas, bring your food items, eatables, and uncovered drinks onto the coaches while proceeding to eat them,  you have no remorse for spillage of liquids or food items, left over empty packages and containers left on coaches.  After you have eaten your meal or snack food items, you open up a conversation in general or in specifying your subject matter against whom so ever you please.  You fall asleep, (maybe you were over worked on your job), but is that the Driver’s fault, and awake to find you have missed your stop. Blaming the Driver for not waking you up.  Like a child at play and having worn themselves out, falling fast asleep.  Bumpy roads throughout the city, not having the ability to wake you up or startle you to wake up.

You enter the coach, not prepared to pay your fare of $1.50cents. Maybe you are short today, but you have been short all week and there seems not to be any end to your ability to be short each and every day.  And the monies that you do have put into the MONEY BOXES on the coaches, its dirty, or sticky stuff on the coins, the dollar bills are wrinkled up and the corners are not straight, they are either too wet or damp to enter the machine or too damaged to be introduced into the MONEY MACHINE.   Drivers are most probably wondering if you would introduce a wet, (or cracked for that matter), CD or DISK into your CD-player.  Or add the batteries that power the electronics instrument of choice; Would you add wet batteries into you I-phone, or your I-pad, cell-phone, or MP-player.  No, NO indeed not!  But you are ready willing and able to try to introduce wet transfer tickets, and severely damaged transfer tickets into the MONEY MACHINES on these buses.

You are running out of restaurants, gas-stations and party stores, jumping out of cars and or running from down or up the street to the bus stops, with the proverbial statement on your tongues which is Aeee, Aeee, Aee, Ah stop that but, or hold that bus.  The DDOT buses are not CABS, or the like.  Not limos or the like.  The DDOT buses are just that-Buses!  They are heavy and slow to move and slower to stop.  They cannot stop on a dime like some newer model cars and automobiles could and would do.  Even when the bus Drivers do hear your call and sight you making your grand stand to catch the bus after it has pulled off.  The buses cannot just stop like that.  Those coaches are very heavy and must be given time to slow down and stop again after the buses takes off or pulls away from the bus stops.  We as bus driver and Transportation Equipment Operators, want to know from you; are you ever going to be on time in any day of the week , in any week of the month, or in any month of the year. When do you as a passenger, think that you will ever be on time, will you ever be manner-able while you ride, will you ever have the correct fare when you get on the buses.  The words that have been stated above are for those that fit them and know that they are being addressed herein of.   We are not living in nineteen sixty seven or the like.  This is the year of our LORD Two thousand eleven, and in about a month or so Two Thousand and twelve.

Now being that as it is, still you want to be picked up on time and dropped off on time if not at the curb of your destination.  What goes here… you must be insane or mad at the least.  You have not taken your drug of choice, you are not being allowed to drink your beer or beverage of choice on a public coach, you can’t just board the bus with a lit cigarrette or some weed, (still smoldering), in your pocket.  You are not allowed to ride up and down the bus line, (both ways), sleep and free.  You are not allowed to use these coaches as “over night” warming vehicles.  These Coaches/Buses are not flag down cabs.  You are not being allowd to sell your goods to other passengers on the buses.  You should not be boarding the buses and asking others for change for a dollar or five dollars; on 11/08/2011 a would be passenger boarded the bus and asked the passengers if anyone had change for a ten dollar bill.  The bus is not, and i repeat NOT the public bank, or any banking institution.  You want to be pampered like a child just out of the womb and maybe weened away from the teet of their mothers’ breast.  But have you really cut the umbilical cord. You had it cut physically from you at birth.  Yet you have grown all up, all over, and still you want the teet of your mother when it comes to riding these buses.  You want the hand of nutriments and skirt tail of a woman upon your gluteus maximus skooting you along at every step of mannerism dealing with riding the buses of the City of Detroit or have you just simply refused to grow up.

and at a time of edging on to economic disaster. A climatically dangerous
atmosphere of political events that would change the course of the financial
arena, in this Country.  And who would be at the helm of blame, it would be The President of the United States.  You see the glass of water and cup of tea, (if you may), was completely full to the brim, when this President was elected into office, President Barak Obama.  A full cup of debt to unscrupulous investors, such as the Wall Street Banks and
Glorified Insurance Companies that were bailed out of astronomical Debt.  Only to be rewarded by themselves, with vacations and performance bonus checks.  And
a “full to the brim” glass of water in the area of public opinion, (how so much it was publicly uninformed), through news media clippies, and back door-behind the scene decisions of  “just protect your own A$%” conclusions.

How is it now that you are claiming that he, The President Barak Obama, has handled the Country’s affairs …”so poorly”… .  This Country is still moving along fairly
well, and with some momentum to the positive. Look at the gas prices right now. They are lower than they have been since the presidential election in 2008. It may not look like something you, yourself could “shake a stick at”, yet the people that keep this country moving along, all if not most of which, use gasoline in their vehicles of transport.
Rich and poor alike, the price of gasoline does matter to all of us.  Look at those who are still working in this country.  A paycheck each and every week and some
overtime, when they want it, not if they could get it.  Moving the economy  forward by the spending of those monies each and every week.  And the last time I looked at the stock’s market on Wall Street closing bell, the stocks closed on the UP SWING on 11/03/2011.  So you tell me which plate of ‘pickins’ are you willing to take from, is it the one that you don’t have a palate for.  Or the one you couldn’t get your favorite flavor of.  So you have chosen to throw the whole plate of into the garbage.  Then all will starve. Sort of like a child that because they couldn’t play with the ball, they did not allow any other child to play with the ball. Yet you are a grown up individual with selfish thoughts against the performance of Our President.

Public opinion polls are good for just what they say opinion. It is the voting booths that will tell the real story in November 2012.  We have seen that the so-called powers that be are responsible for the shenanigans of reports, of poll ratings, and poll standings, in the political theater of operations if you may.  These criminals have vast amounts of economic
power and political persuasion in high tower structures both in legislature and
judiciary offices of elected officials. They own the rights of public opinion polls. And they own the very clothing wardrobe of News media giants, CNN-ABC-BBC-FOX-etc., etc., etc., and possibly have infiltrated some Al jazzarah News stations. So “who’s who-in Who”,
as Recording Artist Aretha Franklin said in a song.  If you want the good of the economy to
proper, then go out and spend some money.  Just like if you want to stop smoking, stop buying the things.  In the economy, Wall Street responds immediately after any movement in the world markets. Are you responding to the need for leadership in this American Economy, Mr. Nate Silver?  The American people have responded generously
with the current President of the United States.  Mr. Barak Obama.  And whether you like him or not, get behind him and push forward for the betterment of us all in the eyes of your own family and the mind’s eye of the public’s view of things, as well as the voting
public; and know that people who purport themselves as living in glass houses are known to break a window or two of the public’s opinion.

Our President now and will be re-elected as President in 2012; so you can be of a greater help to this Country by start spending some of that finance you are currently earning from your article in the New York Times.  By the purchase of some jelly or preserves for those proverbial-“TOAST” words that you are casting out.  Positioning yourself, as one of the war of words-mongers;  Our President’s performance has not stalled nor handicapped the 2012 Presidential election by no stretch of the imagination.  But has fueled the desire to move forward,  with a vision that you can’t see, or refuse to see.  That is why you and the constituents you support continue to block the Jobs bills put forward by President Barak Obama.  While laughing in the faces of the poor, we shall show you our block in the 2012 elections.

Detroit Charter Commission employees; Where is this concern for the people that you claim to stand by. You are reminded that Artificial sweetener is not real sugar at all, in the sense that the positions  you have taken to push this charter forward, are false hopes to the very least, and your blatant, if not Chrystal clear misuse as well as a misjudgment of the Detroit citizens’ right to choose their government officials, at most.

Let us have a generous slice of the following recipe: Start adding to this recipe, a small amount of days, with just a week or two if not more to taste, then add to this mixture one
month to ninety days’ time, and just a little sprinkling of the year 2012.  Place these combined ingredients in the hands of the citizens of Detroit. Preferably in a larger than life bowl, of all of the registered voters of the City of Detroit. Please be sure to use Flax seed oil or olive oil in your baking apparatus, for our highly cultured citizens are sensitive to low quality oils such as the charter-commissions and their supporters, which are major causes of cake-failing.  Allow enough baking time for adequate critiquing abilities needed to investigate a proposed end result.

YasirQadhi  excuse me sir,  With regards to this verse in the Glorious Qur’an, I don’t beg to differ with you,  just asking to differ with your tweet around 2:08pm Detroit time,  you posted the above statement in Twitter on 10/26/2011.  Let us recall that verse and Chapter concerning the spoils of war, (booty in general), or Fai’, (in Arabic).  Specifically the spoils of war gained by the Muslims that had neither used cavalry or camelry and no expedition was fought in. But assets were gained.  The Chapter of the Glorious Qur’an named Hasr and concerning the verse no 7, that you were referring to, does not refer to any non Muslim person in this verse.  Yes, there are verses in the Glorious Qur’an that refer to only Muslims, and so too there are verses in the Glorious Qur’an that are referring to Non-Muslims.  And still further,  there are verses in the Glorious Qur’an that refer to all of Mankind, Muslim and non-Muslim alike. You very well know this, (We hoped), but to my dismay, the opposite is so.

The verse that you are referring to has the arabic phrase  (minkum), in it. The word ‘Min’ in basic arabic language is used to refer to the english word from, (basically speaking). And the word ‘kum’ that is connected to it is (basically speaking)  meaning you; if you put them together you have the word or phrase, ”from among you”,  meaning that it is referring to the persons being discussed in the verse, which are Muslims.  As is made plain and clear in the Tafsir of Ibn Kathir Volume no 9 page 553-558.

Ibn Kathir has made it plain and with clarity,  who it is that ALLAH Was addressing in this verse.  And it was not non-Muslims.  The assets were gained from, taken from and/or confiscated by Muslims, from non-Muslims because in that time period,  genuine Muslims were not fighting against The Messenger of ALLAH, sas; at least not with the Messenger’s knowledge.  They would have been called hypocrites for all practical purposes, or more truly apostates.  This verse in Surah Hasr or chapter 59 and according to Ibn Kathir, has addressed those upon whom the war booty, (Fai’) should be spent on, and who is to share in the dispersements of these spoils of war.  No where is there a mention of those to whom are disbelievers in The MOST GRACIOUS ALLAH, That they should be among those included in the dispersement of these, monies and treasures, and whatever gains were transferred into the control of the Muslims. No indeed.  These gains were spent on righteous causes and for the benefit of Muslims, as is stated in the Tafsir.  So where do you, Mr. Yasir Qadhi,  come off saying, …or tweeting such a statement of the Glorious Qur’an and attaching it to those that are protesting at the Wall Street incident.  Which of them are we to include in the Muslim masses.  Surely you will not find those who believe in  ALLAHUL ALEEM, Associating with and making friends with those who oppose  ALLAHUL ALEEM AND HIS Messenger Muhammad, sas,  even if they are from the rich and young, or the poor and destitute, or the famous and politically influenced, or the family and relatives.  Please sir, would you show your evidence to support your claim to the statement you made concerning the chapter and verse you quoted.
Again, yes there are verses in the Glorious Qur’an that these individuals from The WALLSTREET Protesters  could benefit from,  yet this verse in particular, verse no 7 and the verse no 6 above it and the verse no 8 below it are not among them in chapter 59.  We have shown adillah, or proofs of what we have stated. Will you show/present your dileel/proof.   And I’m sure without doubt, if not certain that Isma’il bin ‘Umar bin Kathir, (ra), is not mistaken in his tafsir of these verses.

Wajahat Ali An attorney and research writer for ThinkProgress.org; states in his commentary from a writing in the Message International Magazine, …”that core values of Islam are in harmony with the core values at the heart of America and states that Muslim scholars agree to this”… . My question to him is, What so-called Muslim scholars have said such things?, …that most probably are not true, (at the least), and at best, are themselves skewed to the extreme left of the Law of Al Islam, which is The Glorious Qur’an.  Additionally themselves are in need of being debunked.

My dear sir, Ali; let us remember that the last of the Qur’an being revealed to Muhammad, sas, was the portions of the Qur’an from Chapter 9 named Taubah or Repentance.  And according to Imam Muhammad Ibn Jarir Tabari , in his Tafseer of Qur’an, he states that anyone who fails to judge by what ALLAHUL HAKEEM, and Muhammad, sas, has brought,  is no more than a kafir or disbeliever.  In light of this infomation and the meaning of these verses in The Glorious Qur’an, we again ask you who are these so- called scholars that state that we, (Muslims), should support American core values, and/or that our, (Muslims’), core values are in line or in harmony with American core values. I don’t know about you Mr. Ali, nor do we, (as practicing Muslims), know your Aqeedah, which is how a person understands Al Islamic Law at it’s core;  and it’s core is the Glorious Qur’an from Al Faatihah to An Naas, and The Seeha Sitta of Hadith of Muhammad, sas. Again we have seen that the last time we checked in the current public opinion polls from the American Public, that were used to prosecute to War of lies against Muslims in general,  and a falsely declared war against the great Country of Iraq in specific;  during which, the 911 confusion of information campaign, most or the majority of Americans’ core values said they approved of the War to go into Iraq and get the mission accomplished. Even when the release of the documentary ”LOOSE CHANGE” came out.  Still lie after lie was told, to keep the current lie going and falsely believeable.  The war machine placed in the proverbal ‘Theater of Operations’ the actions of Tell another lie to get the very first lie you told, (placed before the “mind’s eye” of the human public), you must keep the lie going.  Sort of like in “Eyes Wide Shut”, or done in plain sight with the masses of Political,  as well as economic influences watching.  Told over and over again. Like a new age of subliminal subduction-the best way to get away with a crime is to do it in plain sight where all can see-ON PUBLIC MEDIA.  So there is no need to “beg to differ with you” and with those to whom you support in your confusion of positions of Muslim thought our, (Muslims’) core-values just does not agree with what you stated in the current issue of the Message.  Or maybe you can call Imam Jarir Tabari’s Tafsir a missunderstanding, NO, No indeed it is not!  It is an easy sell to the minds of those who don’t study this deenul Al Islam that are convinced of what you state.  But your mark was far, far away from the ability to intrude into sound understand of The Glorious Qur’an.  Additionally, there are a many of sound, very sound sources of the meaning and sound understanding of the Glorious Qur’an, it just appears that yours is not one of them in this article, almost but no cigar…
